They answered the request immediately!! Very impressive!! They showed up when they said they would and did a quality job. They were a little too high priced, but the job they did was quality!! I would use them again!! (and work the price a little better!!!)

Overall, satisfied with work. Email'd pictures & talked over the phone about the job. By looking at the pictures, PSI pointed out over the phone that the job was simpler than I had thought. I appreciated the competency & up-front honesty. They quoted a price over the phone that I was agreeable with. The plumber who came out did what was discussed and charged what was agreed upon. Some areas for improvement: the plumber showed up a little later than he said he would. He seemed a little odd & unfriendly. Also the caulking job was poor. I had to supplement it with my own caulking after he left. But, overall, the job got done. Satisfied.

It was fast and good so far is working fine but i think was too expensive. 30 minutes of work for $125.00.
