Extremely prompt response to boundary line survey issue on adjacent abandoned property in short sale status. Report became unnecessary with realtor information relating to previous owners' lawsuit settlement of boundary line dispute. Complementary report on elevation for flood insurance purposes took some time for delivery, and information was not readily understandable from a practical standpoint. Hopefully it may be helpful as I obtain insurance agent inputs.
