Sean arrived promptly as scheduled; was well prepared and went to work immediately; he was one of six individuals I had scheduled into the property that day for different purposes, all of whom complimented his method and conscientiousness. He spent 4.5 hours at work with no interruptions, then rendered a thorough, meticulous, report amply augmented by photos promptly on the second business day after completing the inspection. The gentleman's name was Steve, and he was very polite and a complete professional. Explained everything he found in laymans terms. Made suggestions, and volunteered his opinions. He shows us the pictures that he took of areas that needed work on his laptop and then walked the owner and I around to the different areas and made sure we understood and was able to answer all our questions.
