Nick with Intelligent Home Concepts exceeded my expectations. Although he has the expertise to do very large jobs, he handled my small home theater install as if I were his biggest customer. He made sure that all the components and speakers were virtually invisable even though I did not think that would be possible given the layout of my space. Upon completion of the install he made sure I was 100% confident in my ability to use everything and being the perfectionist that he is, made sure that before he left, everything was up to his exacting standards. Great customer service is rare these days, so it was a pleasure doing business with Nick!
