Repair a Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roof in 92801
Very courteous and prompt services from Archadel. Look fine and professional on my roof. However, one of the tasks is not completed is the "Reseal All Pipes and Vents" because today I got the painters for my exterior stucco and I have a chance to go up on the roof to inspect, I didn't see the reseal of pipes per the contract line item #7. I hope Larry Fassler can get some of his guys back to do that minor job again.

Lawrence called us quickly and got the work done quickly. We did have an opportunity to test out the roof with some rain that occurred after the job was done and once he found out that the leaks that we were dealing with were still there, he came back himself to inspect and to see what he could do. He was able to find the source of one leak and caulked it and the other leak looks like a non-roof issue. He said if we need further assistance to call him. We were happy with the work and his professionalism.
