They did everything they said they would do. I had to call them back to retrieve some equipment they inadvertently left behind. And, there were a few items they did not put back in their proper places. They took care of that when they picked up their equipment.
Larry is a very personable guy that is highly concerned about customer satisfaction. He personally answers the telephone when calling the company, and talks with you like an old friend.
I've shared the company/product information with my friends. However, I do have to preface my statements with "it's expensive, but". I will say, however, that this company's price was a good $6000 less expensive than one of the others I met with!
All in all, I've had an excellent experience with Quality Home Exteriors, Inc. and will recommend them to others!
