Well final job is beautiful! We had 3 porches re-tiled. I was a little disappointed that original cost quote did not include the sides of the porch, which was miscommunicated somewhere in the initial quote. I came home from work and thought that they were returning the next day to complete sides, only to find out that quote was for top of porch and "not" the sides? In any case, they came out the very next day and completed sides, job now looks complete. Of course we needed to pay more for parts and labor. I've learned that you must talk about "every" detail no matter how small. We will use this company in future =)
