Dee Dee Grant and her crew were terrific. They were able to accommodate my schedule for installation, and I was informed in advance of a (minor) change in the expected time of arrival for the crew. All work was completed on time and they did a very good job of cleaning up afterwards. It's too early to assess the effectiveness, but subjectively it felt warmer last night (with very cold Santa Ana winds blowing). So far, I'm very satisfied with the outcome of this project.
